The customers choose a certain branch to carry on their order. my question is, how can this happen, if the user chooses a certain branch to carry on his order.

<14> Hi, I have XP SP2 and everything is fine except the firewall. I try to enable it, but the options are greyed out and I am unable to toggle the option. it is set to be off and I cannot turn it on. I would appreciate any help I can get. P.S. services.msc says that firewall is started.
