<5> DWism: Ming? no no. you misunderstood me. I request a mp3 from a server with flash. And since i cant use additional headers in actionscript, I need to build a php script between flash and the mp3 server. :)

<5> DWism: sure i can stream mp3 with flash. But Gnump3d server understands the "Range: bytes" http header. So I can tell the server to give back just a little piece of the mp3 :)
