Use router's manual, connect to the Configuration menu of the router; in "Port forwarding" or "Virtual servers" or "Port redirection", create rules to forward ports 5001-5010 to first computer's IP, 5011-5020 to second, etc . In mIRC's Options, set correct DCC ports: First 5001, Last 5010 at first computer, etc.
