<3> I'm having the worst time.. My webserver's hd failed and now I'm stuck reinstalling/reconfiguring everything (linux noob).. Apache is installed and works for lynx localhost, but either my server if firewalling http requests or not listening on its ip or something.. Anyone have any ideas? It's a fresh fedora c4 install

<12> I was trying to increase my apt cache size, and the manpage for apt.conf says to add a line in. Well, there is no apt.conf on my system, however, in /etc/apt there is a sub-directory called apt.conf.d which has multiple files in it. There doesn't appear to be any documentation for apt.conf.d or which file inside there I need to add my line.
