<5> lorainee - I dunno, but if you're talking about costs, you can do your own analysis. The manufacturers usually have an expected page count for their cartridges, just divide the cost of the cartridge by the number of pages and you'll get a good idea how much it'll cost.

<5> lorainee - I did a cost analysis of an hp laserjet and several alternative printers/manufacturer. At the level they were printing their hp laserjet would cost them $10,000 to operate over a 5 year period.

<11> The HL-7050 looks a little more high end then the HL-1440 (more for the desktop user). Perhaps they have changed the quality or price of their products. My experience with them was low cost up front very high cost after.
