<5> ALAX: Your qmail server is obviously set up in such a way that ANYONE can use it to send an email message to anywhere. This is bad. It is very, very bad, and you should reconfigure qmail to not do that. The way to do this is explained clearly in the qmail documentation.

<13> ALAX: This wasn't an "accident". This was the predictable result of culpable stupidity, incompetence and negligence.
<5> ALAX: My suggestion to you is to get rid of qmail and use something else entirely, like postfix for example. It's rather easier to use than qmail, has PLENTY of documentation, and its default setup stops open relaying.
