<0> anybody can tell me how to make partition for fedora i have a 40 Gb hdd <3> RelDrgn: I dont think he even heard himself talking <1> RelDrgn: yeah, but mine was actually on tv once <3> Sim_Paticul: nope. <0> :(( <3> Oh look! There's a penguin on the telly. <1> and wanted to get him to the world record something <1> but $mum freaked out <3> tavi-san: teach him Monty Python stuff. <1> anyways, the thing is it's of that small parrot cl*** (perus) <1> and he knew around 140 distinct words <1> which was a record in some way for that small cl*** <1> s/cl***/race <3> tavi-san: I think it would be cool if you could get a parrot to say "And now for something completely different" right before he takes a crap <1> kosmo: rofl <1> nah he DID learn some "on demand" replies <3> tavi-san: my bird did too :) <1> like "good night" "bon apetit" <1> and he knows a "few" swears in .ro <1> actually it was funny when the filming crew came, and they were like "omfg we must cut the foul words" <1> $mother was soooo blushy (she teached him) <6> The streamingTV server is up and running <1> hrm, $fiancee had a scaring experiance in the streetcar today <1> some dude got his tshirt off and he was burned like hell, and like 3/4 of the people in there started puking <1> JEsus <1> i think im gonna be sick thinking about that <1> hrm, poor her really, not a nice visual i must say <7> what the hell is a streetcar? like a bus or somethin'? <3> Xeon: sorta. <1> Xeon: diddnt you see the movie "a streetcar called desire?" <1> it's a cl***ic <7> tavi-san oh... :) <8> No, but i've seen a porno with the lead actress's name was Desire <7> no I didn't... but now I get the picture ;) <1> streetcar is like a small train which moves around the city <1> Steakk: we know, you watch pr0n like noone else here <3> holy hell. look at this (SFW, seriously) photo and guess who it is. (tinyurl'd since it was long and ugly): http://tinyurl.com/hxysq <1> hrm <1> is that elton john? <1> or what? <9> kosmo, ok, I'll bite... Who the hell is it? <3> Ka-bar: Eddie Van Halen. <1> ah <9> no ****ing way... <3> Ka-bar: seriously. EVH <9> Gawd, he looks awful <3> Ka-bar: he looks DEAD <10> whats it mean to boot off the installation cd and run the linuxrc? <11> Fex-Head: it means trouble. <10> the handbook says to do this since YaST can't automatically configure the bootloader <10> yaboot is crap to configure <11> Fex-Head: Please goto http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html, and re-read your question again. Then try asking something which *does* make more sense. <10> ok let me rephrase that <10> i think its asking me to boot off the kernel on the installation cd <10> then use that to boot the kernel on the hd, since the bootloader is not installed at this point
<10> how would i do that? <11> Fex-Head: what is it you're trying to do anyway ? <10> install suse on ppc hardware <11> Fex-Head: then read the fine installation guide, it'll explain every detail. <10> you have to do all this bull**** to get yaboot installed <10> this is a quote off the guide <10> F <10> arg <10> Once the packages are copied, the system will reboot. Since you don't have a bootloader, you need to boot off your installation kernel again (either your CD drive or network source). Once in there, boot to the linuxrc. <10> Inside linuxrc you can specify to boot the installed system - select option 4 (Start Installation or System) and then option 2 (Boot Installed System). Select the correct root partition and it'll boot up and continue the second stage of the install. <11> don't paste stuff. <10> thats all the guide says <9> kosmo, EVH is only 51. <8> god damnit <8> went to pour a cup of coffee...get to the coffee pot, pour the cup...and just as I am done, the cigg that is in my mouth, decides it is going to let the ashes fall off...right into my coffee <9> I hate it when that happens. <12> worse is not checking the milk <8> it happens to the best of us, ya know? <12> then finding it's off <8> Liandrin: eww...done that <8> pour the milk into the cereal, and it comes out in clumps <12> now that I haven't done <9> eeewww <13> yeah <12> but the coffee thing has got me a few times <13> so like, my jazz friend owner invited me to go out drinking <9> sour cream in your coffee? <9> :P <13> and he introduced me to several hot women, the hottest of which were of course taken <12> kind of handy, in a way, how bad milk clumps when you add it to coffee, even if it's still liquid <13> i'm going to bed <12> docfu: oyasumi nasai ;) <13> hai <13> nothing ****s more than meeting a girl who has all your interests, buying her a drink and then finding out she has a boyfriend <13> such is life <14> Hi, I Configured vstpd with ssl, but It doesnt start, i dont know why, without SSL it works, i am sure of my configuration, an idea please? <15> **** my adsl connection is dead for hours now <1> yozie: that must **** <16> tavi it does <1> what did they sat? <8> s/sat/say <1> yeah right <16> seems the modem doesnt sync. <1> tried reseting it? <16> tavi only switched it off <1> yozie: heh, nice ;) <16> i got a second modem around. i should test it <8> okay, this is going to prove to be a challenge...Create initial list...sort list, search list, add to list, remove from list, match against OTHER list to compare, and save <5> Steakk: sounds like homework to me ;) <8> RelDrgn: nah, a game <8> graduated HS at age of 15, finished college at 20, etc, etc <17> Sounds just like homework my dad did for a programming cl*** in 1983. <17> On a TRS-80. w00t <8> synapsis: I loved my TRS-80 <18> i still have my trs-80.. <18> the Model III though <8> had the handheld scanner that you woudl use to scan in blocks of ink from magazines that was actually code <18> i still buy crappy computers on ebay for novelty purposes.. <8> I want to start doing that <18> they're so cheap, and you feel like you're getting a bargain <18> haha <8> I want to get another TRS80, a Tandy TL/1000, and a few others <8> I want the Tandy for Deskmate...that was one hell of an OS <19> I did that with a Cisco catalyst 3200 I think it is..
