<0> or are these constraints on what the phone will play?
<1> zerodepth: probably not "damaged" but it may have changed the settings. Make sure you have the recording source set correctly, and that your volume levels on the input is correct
<2> cappicard: -c 1 -r 8000
<3> ah ok
<4> Damn who knew Davy Jones was a Mind Flayer http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151952115614.jpg
<4> Too Cute (SFW) http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151953568253.jpg
<3> that linux image. I get white border around it on my cell phone
<3> ah, bsims. that is cute
<4> Damn it Firefox just crashed on me
<0> that is an exceedingly fluffy kitten.

<7> my gaim crash ??
<7> but i dont know because

<4> NSFW But damned funny http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151953807985.jpg
<7> jajajaajjaja
<7> gooD!
<7> nice link http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151953807985.jpg
<8> RelDrgn, I already used aumix to reset the settings to my defaults (save in a file). That's why I noticed the volume seem higher. Before, my default was at a comfortable level.
<1> problem with 4chan is that the nsfw pics will be gone by the time I'm somewhere that it is safe ;)
<1> zerodepth: interesting. I wonder if there are other mixers aumix isn't listing? Have you started from a cold boot?
<4> RelDrgn: isn't why God invented ssh and wget
<9> RelDrgn: I'll setup a VPN and squid proxy for you ;)
<4> Falchion: http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151952093147.png Needs a caption
<1> Falchion: we don't have cubicles here, just one big room ;)
<9> bsims: Oh hell yeah it does.
<4> Stick it in my pooper?!
<9> RelDrgn: OK, go buy a PDA and hook it to your network. Nobody can read that. Or get a laptop and sit on the john. heh
<8> RelDrgn, there's only one sound card. yes, i did cold boot the computer.
<9> bsims: Hmm. Definately time for photoshop
<9> I need a pic of Darwin that I can photoshop a tear onto.
<1> zerodepth: thats really weird. the midi thing shouldn't be able to damage the card itself. Maybe the saved settings are corrupt?
<4> Falchion: have him cry a apple logo
<9> heh :P
<8> RelDrgn, nope, the saved settings are saved in a non-standard file. (not .aumixrc)
<4> http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151953348062.jpg SFW and Really needed at my orkplace
<8> RelDrgn, so in short, problems I noticed so far: 1) can't record 2) volume is higher at same setting 3) haven't mentioned it before, but the mute flag does not respond, too. 4) tvtime's volume control have no effect.
<4> http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151951478389.jpg 4chan with the NSFW WTF moment
<4> http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151953285556.jpg lol-stika
<1> you've got me. Unless aumix is missing some widgets and you have some other program saving settings on shutdown and restoring them on start including broken settings, i've got nothing
<4> Falchion: http://dat.4chan.org/b/src/1151953054857.png Bush and Goatse
<8> RelDrgn, /var/log/message has something about the crash when I ran aplaymidi, but I don't know how to find something useful off of it.
<1> zerodepth: post the interesting part to pastebin.com?
<4> RelDrgn: Too Cute http://img.420chan.org/b/src/1151905748094.jpg
<1> hahah 420chan's too scary to load from my own computer much less work ;P
<4> RelDrgn: its a kitten with the words Godly Kitten The propesy came true
<4> RelDrgn: 420Chan is a fun place to dump the easily offended
<1> bsims: ah, saw that one before. I want a big version of the original pic to replace my desktop here at work (currently a kitten pic off of 2chan)
<4> hrm is there an english 2chan?
<1> "is that your cat?" "nah, i just found it on the internet"
<9> I wanna put "Even Mr Kitty can't figure out what the **** you are babbling about" on that kitty pic
<1> not strictly speaking, no. There are a couple of boards that are devoted to speaking bad engrish though ;)
<4> ok url?
<4> Is universal language... Broken English
<4> I was looking for a engrish random/porn board
<10> uhm barks I mean
<1> go to www.2chan.net and click on everything on the left side ;P
<8> RelDrgn, have problem posting in pastebin.
<4> Heh
<1> google for pastebin, you should get about 5500000 clones
<11> roskilde is ****ing awesome :)

<11> RelDrgn: isnt this #linux? not #animefreaks?
<1> Jostein: haha
<11> I know 2ch and those sites
<12> there is no #linux
<11> I just dont get how to use them for anything :P

<1> well, this started from pics of cats, so ;)
<1> Jostein: step one: click randomly. step two: gouge out eyes
<11> lol
<11> my bad. I was trying to read the stuff written there
<10> RelDrgn, given the language for most europeans clicking randomly is about what you can do :)
<4> Jostein: translate page extention
<11> Im actually trying to learn the language
<11> I just find the way those site work... a bit odd
<1> see the way it works is that someone takes the time to create dozens and dozens of categories in the hopes that people will post things in them, and then their hopes are shattered ;P
<11> RelDrgn: lol
<1> 4chan basically gave up, new categories appear simply named after the server they're hosted on
<4> so far 2ch is kinda lame
<1> errr 2chan.
<4> yeah 2chan
<1> bsims: if you're looking for the porn, start at the bottom where it says 21s
<4> This real flax shrine horseman of what sub- Ok... I hate translators

<13> siglite: Are you here?
<4> hotdogs chips and a apple
<14> Hi
<14> Please, can you help me? Im having trouble creating a working an initrd image
<13> We have a persistent script kiddie plugging away at us with fragmented half-open scans. It has been going on for a week or more. His ISP has been notified. Currently we are using -j DROP to drop packets originating from him. Does anyone know if -j REJECT --with-tcp-reset would be more suited for this? I have read that -j REJECT is more graceful at closing connections. Any thoughts, experiences, or opinions on this matter?
<4> -j HUNTER_KILLER?
<10> atompngn, use your router to blackhole his ip, or ask your provider to blackhole him
<13> bsims: HUNTER_KILLER patch not installed!
<4> I dunno my Skynet version 2.1 has it
<13> why isn't there a -j REJECT --with-****-off-and-die option?
<10> atompngn, blackholing it will stop it at the source :)
<13> fredk_: siglite suggested this at work the other day.
<10> and?:)
<13> I never got around to it toay, already went home
<13> I am lazy
<10> hehe
<13> I am calling their NOC or abuse number on Wednesday
<10> what ip is he using?
<13> He may be a ****head, but I do not wish to divulge that information
<10> haha ok
<4> .quit
