At the moment I've changed the dhcp settings back to x.x.0.0 , we can change the PC's back to the 4.0 network after we get the proper firewall box up and running.

We couldn't use that one straight away because it was still being used right up to the very last day the office was occupied. Meanwhile we had to make use of one of the new PC's temporarily as a DSL gateway/firewall, and that's the way it's running until we get to replacing it with the proper box.
<1> PolarWolf: Plus, the firewall rules might need a bit of tidying.. other than that, I can't think of much that's wrong. There's a weird MTU problem too, but hopefully that can be sorted by reusing the old firewall box (which didn't have such weird problems)
