<3> well.. i've got a quirky little problem that's been annoying me for about the past week, and i just managed to track down what exactly is happening.. i just don't know why
<3> i've got a javascript function that's triggered by an image mouseover, and pops a div element up to the top layer, sends a query back to the server for some info to populate it with, and then does it...
<3> it's supposed to maintain the div's visibility as long as the mouse is over the img or the div itself, but if it mouses out of those items, it disappears (moves back to z-layer -1)

<3> basically the div contains 2 other div's, but the outer div wrapper has the id value with the event attached... but when i mouseover that div, it works through the padding area of it, and as soon as it crosses over one of the internal divs, it fires the mouseout event
