<duality> hi! .offsetWidth and .offsetHeight are not standard, right? so is there something that works everywhere? (even it it's "if (this) {that} else {that}") Cause I'm having problems with .offsetWidth in Firefox <[TorgoAway]> standard <duality> well, something strange is happening here for me... I have an outer and an inner div, outer has fixed width and height and overflow: hidden. And the inner div has a lot of contents, making it's width 1100 px, but only 400 px visible (because of the outer div)... And IE reporst .innerWidth == 1100 but FF reports .innerWidth = 400px. But when I made a similar example for height (probably something else was also different, but can't point the f <[Torgo]> make sure you are setting style.position on both <duality> in javascript or CSS? If in CSS, the usual or does it have to be inline? <fatbrain> hm, duality... you seem to pop up every now and then in different channels :P <duality> heh :)... is that wrong or just an observation? :) <fatbrain> an observation. <duality> I got disconnected, don't know when (what I've missed)...
