<2> right yes: The user is uploadingthe image using a <input type="file"> and I munge it into the correct shape using some javascript. When the user hits submit for the form, I need to be able to get that image data (not th URL - but the binary data) back to my server. When I peing the form vars though - there is no image data just "object" (unless their is some wierd parsing going on)
