It should return 28 I'm not sure whether it's a math issue or a logical issue.

However, if I change the double over to a string you could loss info since a double can hold more then a string

<7> no, the sum of 1...n but with the recursive definition: The sum of 1 to N is the sum of 1 to (N/2) plus the sum of (N/2 +1), normally I would just return sum(n-1) in the recursive method but this is a specific exercise and I need to use the given definition

<7> the equation is (n(n+1))/2 yes, but how to do it recursively is the issue :P I used the 'easy' way om the sum(n) method (which is working), the problem lies within sum2(n,m)
