<0> its net-www/mplayerplug-in now <1> hmm <1> Hey cool, here we go <1> WOW is everything out of date <1> My gaim is OLD <1> Two versions!
<0> what version? <1> 1.3 <2> `wtf <3> dirkson: are you on a debian box? <0> heh. <1> Umm.... I think I just missed the Linux joke <4> i have a debian box <1> Woah <1> Openoffice has gone to version 2. <3> 2.0.2 <0> i bet you're gonna get caught up with that gcc upgrade too. <5> Might as well just rebuild. <0> yeah, was considering suggesting that. <1> No time <1> I built the thing when I was unemployed. The only reason I had today off to mess with it is because I'm sick. <0> matter of fact in 2004 i hadn't updated my box in months and after all the updates it **** itself and had to rebuild. <1> Heh <0> spose thats why i'm weird about updating frequently. <0> but when its in the shop. not an option. <4> hell yeah dirkson <0> fix the world file and emerge -e world <4> i got a **** ton of stuff done to my server when i was unemployed
<1> I'm not updating everything. Just a few apps and dependencies I use a ton. If it lives, it won't get any more updates or rebuilds until I buy a new HD. This one is failing on me. <0> oh. <1> Yah. Don't buy HP. Ever. <0> that weird gcc upgrade came at a good time for me. was building a new box. <1> So far, in a year of normal use, the MB, battery, and HD have all failed <0> i've never had a problem with the only hp i've bought. <0> except for the oem o/s <0> windows ME <0> but we all know what that problem was. <1> Heh. The M$ os. <1> I've been using a Windows Mobile device for internet access for the past two months. <1> THAT was about as fun as jamming a red hot poker in my eye <0> heh. <1> Handy, handy little device, but it goes down for a reboot 2-3 times per day <1> I'm used to going down for a reboot 2-3 times per month. <0> i don't like to reboot. <6> reboots ****s <1> The device and I have a disagreement on when rebooting is needed <7> reboots = flid-account <8> how do i make a data dvd in windows? <8> i have to buy/pirate software? <1> *looks around* Can we shoot him? Do you think anyone will notice? <1> On the plus side, I did hack it to provide internet to any windows pc with bluetooth, and upped my voice bandwidth for phone calls. *grins* Silly Verizon, allowing me access to that kinda stuff <1> *pokes at his monitor account* Ouch, buddy. Somethin' broke ya'. Wonder what happened
