<3> SoulHunt: Apple OS wise I'd go for 10.3 or 10.4 (be sure to max out the RAM it's cheap and OS X is slow alike a legless dog in treacle if you have less than 512, it only really takes off above 512. If you mean FC, then go for FC5 test2 (or rather FC devel, IIRC there is a bug in FC5 t2 that makes the install media not boot on Macs)
