<4> hi guys, i have a very noob question. is there any site which specializes in building dirt cheap computers. i don't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, sound card. nothing except just the essential mobo, ram, ethernet card, integrated video card etc. i have an old monitor laying here and wanted to give someone this in combination with the computer (less than 200$'s maybe?)

<4> thing is we have an old 800mhz pc sitting around here, and it's beyond repair by my part (can't flash the new bios). so we were going to give it to a computer repair shop and they charge $100 to check the pc
