<EtherSniff> I am hosting a site that accepts articles from hired writers. For now they are doing the work for free, but in the future I plan to pay them. The only thing I'm worried about is this.
<EtherSniff> Who controls the ownership of the article if they *give* me the article... also, how to I make sure that I own the rights to an article when I pay them for it.
