<needhelp123> hello
<needhelp123> i've got kind of a strange problem regarding grub
<nickrud> hello, needhelp123
<needhelp123> i had my main ubuntu box install on my second hardrive
<LiteHedded> hang on I'm getting this in /xorg.o.log
<LiteHedded> dri initialization failed
<needhelp123> grub was installed on the first one
<LiteHedded> no 3d acceleration available
<needhelp123> i installed OSX x86 on the first harddrive last night and didn't realize this
<needhelp123> so I couldn't boot into ubuntu

<needhelp123> grub-install /dev/hdb
<owner> osx x86?
<needhelp123> owner: yea
<nickrud> yeah, I'm biting on osx 86 myself
<needhelp123> owner: works great, but i'm locked out of ubuntu
<owner> are you using that on a pc
<needhelp123> anyway, I did a grub-install /dev/hdb, thinking it would solve my problems

<owner> just do sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
<owner> and select vesa
<Raerklegler> ok, lets see
<j-linux> sceptic: I've never made a symlink.... I would just create the directory /usr/src/linux/include, and then figure out how to make a symlink to my /usr/src/linux-headers... in there?
<needhelp123> anybody know what I can do, I'm really starting to freak out
