<cjnodell> I have another question. I have installed xubuntu. Somehow, I am not certian how, xfce decided not to show my background image and wont let me right click on the background to get my menu. I have tried to change the background but all i have is an ugly grey color. how can i fix this?

<nanotube> theshibboleth, basicaly, uname -a should give you all info, dont know why it doesnt. but if it doesnt, just "man uname" and you wil see all the options it takes, and try the mall until you hit on the info you want. :)
