<14> N9URK: apt-get upgrade just updates you local list of what packages are avalible on the remote servers listed in /etc/apt/sources.list when apt-get update gose out and downloads stuff from the web, what is grabs is a pckages.gz file thats just a text file that list all the packages and ***orted info..
