Other problem is I have a hard drive that tells me the device is busy when trying to mount it...there is no such mounts...any ideas

<15> Hackmo, you can check to see if there is a background process still running... at terminal window type "ps -ef | grep mozilla" and "ps -ef | grep firefox"

And it would be quicker if there were some command I could run that would just push the files to the beginning of the partition, as really I don't need it defragment the files it's just for resizing the partition
