<3> Rod - put the rice in bioling water. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. Taste a bite and see if it's still crunchy. If crunchy, boil it longer until it gets soft. Then chop the onions and the peppers. Fry these in some butter. Put some sambal, soy sauce and salt in it. voila, simple meal
