<5> kithe: nvidia doesn't play well with multi-monitor setups under linux. You'll have to fool around with the config files by hand a bit. If you're up for it, take a look at the docs in ... I think /usr/share/doc/nvidia-kernel-(something)

<17> I heard automatix is unsafe, it overwrites configuration files, and does things like "echo -e 'ynYn'" that are considered risky. Please do not use it. There are alternative applications, but it's often best to read the documentation.
