<12> Hello all, my Dell inspiron 6000 seems to be unable to burn a copy of ubuntu with the correct id5 checksum, i have tried burning 5.10, 6.06 flight 5, and 6.06 flight 6 and it never works, whether burning in windoze or ubuntu, any ideas? could this be a warrenty issue?

The movies import to a .dv format, which makes them for some reason 2x faster than usual, and then, once I've tried to export them, they're corrupt, or have no audio, or extremely EXTREMELY poor audio.
