<17> Frogzoo: so one would think.. i installed ubuntu during which i was asked to select resolutions i *don't* want, yet those resolutions appear in the configuration, and one of them is also being used (so the vmware window doesn't fit my screen).. i can't select any other resolution because it renders the vmware "screen" unusable, and when i tru and use vmware-tools to set the resolution, ubuntu resets it
