<6> speedlink|war: do you have a gui desktop?
<8> could someone tell me how I can check all users what are available?
<9> ****

<10> Fujitsu: Ok. it seems to have found its pants eventually, and is working now. When I first installed it it killed my netwokr connection and then said it couldn't find an AP, and cycled through some other complaints. This mighthave been because dhcddb was new to my system.
<0> CharlieSu, looks like you have no network connection, or the server is down.
<6> speedlink|war: do you see menus?
<4> I dont know, that's why im asking. I login with putty and its normal. I cannot access the server atm
<6> holycow: watch your language

<0> dos000, Subversion...
<12> why my azureus disappears when it is minimized?? it vanishes! to bring it up again, I must execute it through the 'internet' menu...
<7> Warbo: They don't have to be "thin" per se, as long as the user get's their own customized home directory wherever they sit down
<2> Fujitsu: yes.. very.. plz keep looking...
<13> speedlink|war: perhaps you have to now install the xubuntu-desktop if you now want xfce...i beleive the setrver install is not gui based <?>
<10> Only problem is it wants to live in my notication area, and doesn't show me the network name on the menubar. I don't suppose there is a different applet that does a better job ripping off OSX?

<18> what is mysql-ndb service?
<2> Fujitsu: nope... i am behind router.. but it works ...
<0> [Wiebel], sounds like it's trying different keys.
<3> Peaceful: I was just thinking that if they are thin, everything is stored elsewhere, so therefore all of the systems would be equal (no home directories are stored on the machines, so there is no dodgy networking going on)
<13> speedlink|war: then you have it I would think
<2> Fujitsu: just a regular netgear router.. should that be a problem?
<4> gnomefreak, i know, but i need to know if its text based or not, I want it text based, (server) not graphical.
<8> Fujitsu: available to login
<0> CharlieSu, I doubt it.
<17> Fujitsu: I have only no

<17> it's the same
<2> Fujitsu: what is weird is that it knows that there are updates.. it just is unable to get them.. strange ehh?

<4> So i dont know if its text based or NOT
<13> TokenBad: are you trying to sort out nvidia w/ dapper install/upgrade?
<7> Warbo: definitely worth looking into. Are there any other similar projects like that that you know of?
<4> that's my problem atm
<0> dos000, command line is fine.
<6> speedlink|war: server has nothing to do with texted based or not
<4> im talking about server...
<6> i ran servers with gui
<3> Peaceful: Not that I know of, but I am not very experienced in this area
<4> I dont want gui
<0> speedlink|war, server doesn't have a GUI by default.
<15> dos000: It is extremely powerful
<21> Can anyone recommend a RSS aggregator that can handle BitTorrent downloads?

<29> celeste, I just saw the camera as a scsi hard drive, I mounted it to /mnt/camera
<24> dabaR, and then?

<30> krazykit: I didn't ask :)...
<13> TokenBad: me too...so far have changed "nvidia" to "vesa" in xorg.conf and attempted to install nvidia driver from website plus a few other tips...but no luck. How are you doing?
<11> Fujitsu, then after the list do you do a diff on each item copy an pasting from the list terminal ?
