<17> found something!!!! another guy got same problem, he erase all the modem config with yast and reconfigured it again, the second time yast put the modem on /dev/ttyS0 not /dev/ttyACM0, he also install kppp and after that it works... well thats no my case because i've already tried that, for me yast always put my usb modem on /dev/ttyACM0... continuing digging
