<0> hi how can I set up my server again ,I'm on a isp that blocks port 25 now :( <0> the place I pay for my domain name has forwarding (used that long time ago then used their dns managment) <0> now in there i have the apias user@mydomainname.com and the forwarding I put usr@ip#:2025 <0> I added DAEMON_OPTIONS(`name=MTA,port=25') DAEMON_OPTIONS(`name=MTA2,port=2025') and its listning on both
<0> before I done that i tried the iptables -vt nat -A PREROUTING -i $INT_IF -p tcp --dport 2025 -j REDIRECT --to 25 <0> " <1> so, what's the issue? <0> not recieving the mail <0> some one nmaped me and 587 and 2025 are open <0> ugh <1> did you arrange with the mx for your domain to forward to you on port 2025? <0> well I login and do it but I don't think the port part is working righ t <0> Add Alias Alias: @computer-rave.com <0> Forward Email To: ex. me@otherdomain.com <0> untill this isp I allwas just put in the 2nd one user@ip# <0> but now I tried with user@ip#;2025 no error says its updated
<0> and above that is the list of ones added and it shows up there witht eh :port <1> does your provider say they accept that form? <0> can't find anything about it . <1> then it seems a poor guess that it would work. <0> namezero is where <0> I hate this isp I went for . last one I was doing the forwarding then I took over the dns managment. I miss that :) <0> you know any free mailx or what ever it called I can use and I'll just have namezero piotn to that one with no :port <0> then i can get a hold of namezero and find out if thy could change the port . weird it doesn't error out . I remmeber with dns management there was a part i was tringt o add the :81 I think it was and that erored out <1> i don't know any, i've never had a need. a web search might find some. <0> whats the key words I'd need thanks <0> if you know <1> i have no idea. smtp alternate port, perhaps.
