Such is the perfect religion. <5> [98:6] Those who disbelieved among the people of the scripture, and the idol worshipers, have incurred the fire of Gehenna forever. They are the worst creatures. <5> [98:7] Those who believed and led a righteous life are the best creatures. <4> nope <5> [98:8] Their reward at their Lord is the gardens of Eden with flowing streams, wherein they abide forever. I'm using 2.6.15. I had it working under windows and linux (or at least recognized) on a machine with a piix chipset, but the machine I need it to work on has a Via chipset. It works under Windows on that system, but not linux. I used the same kernel (same boot cd) on both machines. So, i guess the problem is in the ata_via driver, but I don't know where to go from here. <7> i'm getting unknown symbols when insmod'ing a freshly compiled module: driver_unregister, platform_bus_type, driver_register. any one can help? <7> #join #v4l <7> hehe *blush* <13> Hi, is there any implementaion of RSA in the kernel? <7> i'm stuck =o( <14> is there anyway i can configure the acpi in the kernel configuration <14> just wondering <13> is there anyway we can store files on disk so that find would not be able to search them? <13> oh! sorry <13> wrong channel <15> hi, i would like to know if linux could handle routing between 8 networks, each link is 1 gbps, and ~1000 clients <15> just providing ip and ipx routing, not complex iptables rules <15> 1000 clients are total of 8 networks, not each :) <16> recursive___: linux surely can, but maybe not the hardware it's running on ;) <15> lol, i think so, but im thinking about cisco equipments, and they dont seem so complex to me ? can i handle this traffic with 2 cpus? <15> im planning to use intel gbps nics <16> definetly not for the worst case <15> :) , its not an acceptable situation <16> ipx is really needed ? <15> if its not, ill do it with a hp procurve 6108 <15> or a 5400 series switch (for acl support) <16> yeah I was about to propose that :) <15> it seems possible with a cisco router with gigabit ethernet ports, but costs ~30K, and not flexible any more <15> Hou_Free_, could you redirect me somewhere about this ? <16> recursive___: sorry I'm not that much into network equipment <15> hey! linux supports 10 GbE , right ? so it should provice 10 gbps throughput with a regular equipment <15> thanks buddy <15> good bye <17> could someone recommend some sort of site or document that gives great or not very well known tips on konqueror, specifically customizing konq to give it some of the functionality firefox extensions offer (obviously it can't do it all) <11> ask in #kde
