<18> hi! i wanted to tell you that ksynaptics in debian testing and unstable is broken. you have to configure your touchpad in xorg.conf and remove or not use ksynaptics. just fyi. took me three days to find out. when kde starts, ksynaptics reconfigures the TP (if SHMConfig is set to true) so that one-finger-taps will show up as Button-12-Events. ****s.
