<6> no i didnt actually. really just use this as a testing machine. it has 3 linuxes (FCN FCN+1 and experimental OS which is dapper these days..)

<6> while dapper seems to work better from a users perspective the shenanigans required to provide that facade can be pretty ugly... it makes hunting down responsible packages difficult upstream. but it Just Works for my friends and family so i tend to suggest it to them.
