I am using debian sarge. I have 2 ethernet ports eth0(192.168.1.85) and eth1(192.168.1.80) statically configured with my router. If I disconnect one plug, I can still ping ...85 and ...80 from another computer. If I unplug the other jack and plug the first one back in, I can't ping either of them, but I'm still connected to the internet. when I do netstat -n, I see ...80 doing all the connections, but I can't ping <12> ok last night lilable helped me and we setup everything and i was able to use the net , but b4 i go to bed i did apt-get update then i get hostap <17> wols_ wish that I had installed my OS in that manner. But I was totally ignorant and am continuing the tradition <5> gevaerts: using alsaconf it find 2 card <18> it isn't in the factoid... <20> when I give the command to burn the image the gnomebaker crashes <2> thingfish: cause they are away, duh! <0> no excuse. <12> then i reboot and when i turn back on it can't even find my card when i do ifconfig <22> alex116, having 2 interfaces with the same netmask can get confusing <23> hi <8> thingfish: incapable of managing their irc client and incapable of ***isting others with anything on or off topic quiet possibly. <14> i think swami run with gtk <13> christor_: what does it find ? <8> quite <14> where could i fix default gtk fonts ? <22> both of your interfaces can access the default route <12> anyone can help me plz <7> !gtk font size <19> If gtk1 fonts are ****ed and gtk-theme-switch won't fix them, copy a file from /etc/gtk/gtkrc.$LOCALE to ~/.gtkrc and replace the specified font with whatever you like from xfontsel. <7> le_neko, as you've already been told ^^ <5> gevaerts: it find opl3sa2 but at the update-modules I have an error <21> jonas21 default route being router at 192.168.1.1 then yes <14> okey <14> thanks ! <24> stupid question... i have root access...how can i change a users p***word ??? <6> man p***wd <25> hello, im using unstable and im wonderingf how can i keep a driver from loading up at boot... <12> abrotman p***wd <14> where could i get gtk-theme-switch ? <6> Ts0p: that's what i said <25> i put it into /etc/modprobe/blaklist but its still being loaded <1> Ts0p: were you using hostap when it was workign or something else? <18> !tell le_neko about search <7> le_neko, it's in a package somewhere. /msg dpkg search <26> yggdrasil, /etc/modules <25> hmm ok <21> jonas21 btw, thats how I am connected right now. <12> stew something else
