<12> jair_11 thingfish : to check if its a cpu temp. issue you can try to compile some heavy stuff... If it then crashes or is giving signal 11 errors...its a heating or cpu issue

<0> wily_: becuase they are causing your problem. if you have rebooted then those files shouldn't be locked. so they must be stale. as long as those files exist you won't be able to use adduser/useradd/addgroup/groupadd
