I'm connecting to a solaris server to x forward some applications. when I run a gnome application it don't work, however kde and lightweight applications like xcalc works. I don't think it's solaris-related since when I boot the x server with knoppix, it works, however when I boot it with my debian install, gnome applications blows.. anyone have a clue ?
