<5> Just ran up2date to install the "bind" update for CentOS 4, got the following "warning: /etc/rndc.key created as /etc/rndc.key.rpmnew". Why do I get this warning, and what do I need to do to fix it?
<0> neopathseitz: you got the warning because your rndc.key was modified, so instead of overwriting it with the new one it placed the new one as .rpmnew -- figure out the differences and merge if appropriate.
<5> The difference is the "secret" field. The original has a long string, the new version just has "@KEY@". I don't know whether I should replace that field or not.

I dowloaded the src from zaptel and the kernel headers and tryied to compile it but in the make it brings syntax errors in the src. Any idea how can i fix this problem ?
