<6> yep. gonna either convert a walk iin closet, or build area myself. insulate walls, put exterior doors on it to keep air in, and get a breezair(think taht's brand) or similar wine cellar ac unit

<6> the wine cellar I like because it's really not that hard to do, but make sa huge difference in sotrage quality. but the construction side is easy. vapor barrier, insulation, and greenboard for walls. exterior doors hung instead of interior doors, and then mount the ac unit between a coiupla studs

<6> what'd be ideal there is if kitchen shared wall with garage like my friends place. Could have whole rack built against shared wall then(well, cabinet, want it insulated). could put like 6 kegs, co2/N2 bottles underneath, and plumb it all into kitchen, and only use up like 10 sq ft of floor space. :)
