<24> I have a bit of a problem, I got 2 pcs in my room, both of which are connected to the internet separelty by a modem on each. On my other PC i got ftp server running and up until a week go it was running and now its not, I have no router installed, windows firewall is "off" and my antivirus is disabled, I can ping to the modem but for some reason It will not connect to it via the port. I even tried diff port numbers, any help would be appreciated.
