<0> ok, first of all, check the programs that are starting up with your windows
<0> alos uninstall the current mouse driver and let windows re-detect the mouse on the next reboot

<0> the mouse sensitivity is just a registry setting, if it resets after a reboot, it either did not get saved, or some program or driver reverts the setting on startup

<0> either you have to use some tool (mouse settings in control panel, logitech software, ...) to set the sensitivity, or you have to reboot your pc each time you change this value directly in the registry
