<6> Not sure if this is the place to ask.. My max upload is 250KB/s but when I send a file through IM it maxes out at 75KB/s per transfer. If I send a 2nd file simultaniously to the same person it goes 75 also, and 3rd the same. Same is when someone downloads from my ftp server. The only way to max my speed is to send multiple files. Any ideas what it could be?
