<5> hi, im running xp home, and get my internet wirelessly from a router, I wanted to share my connection with my xbox so i hooked up a crossover cable to the nic on the computer and to the box, then i bridged the connection and it worked fine. however the windows wireless networking icon in the right tray is convinced that it is not connected and has a red x, however i am connected, what can i do to prove this to windows?
