The reason why I am saying this is because my boss's laptop has Admin p***word set in the BIOS and the guy he bought it from on ebay did not give him the p*** and i tried the other methods including latitude.exe and latitude_MasterPW.exe. I know the site exists somewhere but I can't find it via goo

<6> Just built a new pc, using a hard drive that already has winXP installed on it... everything works fine.. when i get to the windows installer I try formating using NTFS it stops at 0% and never goes beyond this.. also tried quick and it does the same thing only at 20%

<9> my experience is this. if dhcp don't work on just one pc on the network chances are it's a corrupt tcpip stack. i've installed netbuei and removed tcpip and rebooted. then readded tcpip and all was good. there is a util on the net to do the same automatically
