<1> need help. i was here earlier and told about my computer acting really slow. everything it does it does 10 times as slow as usual.. unreal tournament before: stable high fps. now: high fps but unstable. ive run ccleander, adaware, xoftspy, Defrag, PageDefrag, norton antivirus, AntiVir, windows defender. nothing has helped. how do i find out if this is related to cpu or gpu overheating?

<1> oh by the way. when the slowness is "around".. i check the task manager.. and mostly nothing is using over 1-2 % and total is like 4%
