<tazmaniac> When I start cmd from the startmenu-run, it only flashes for about one sec and then disappears. The same problem with regedit! I have run Lavasoft's ad-aware, and a full virus scan with Norton. Have also run "SFC /scannow". Everything seems to be fine. cmd.exe btw works fine in safe mode...
