<9> How can I install Xp without a cd/dvd drive? with 9x, you just stuffed the cabs into any dir and run the setup.exe, but how with Xp ?
<2> why?
<10> soya-dB copy the files from i386 off the CD to something, then run "winnt.exe" from inside that dir
<11> soya, create a secondary FAT32 partition on a HDD. Copy the i386 directory to this partition. Boot from a DOS floppy disk, then run winnt
<8> ok time to go home
<12> Hi all I downloaded Peer Guardian for windows xp. I open the install and it says . Need Nt version 5.02 or later

<16> Hello. My XP Pro cd is broke, and i've reached my half-life. So right now im running Server 2k3 Eval, Nice OS. I have an XP Home CD, and i tried that. Is there some reason why XP Home is BAD at memory management ? I have 2 gig dual channel ram. And it is terribly slow, even when i set my own performance options
<2> BEcause most home computers don't HAVE 2 GB of DC
<10> XP home and Pro are the same with memory managment.. they are basically the same OS
<16> XP Pro was fine, Server 2k3 R2 is awesome (but i cant run some programs)
<17> no to the DMZ question
<10> xpprob, there is a guide to fix Win2k3.. hangon
<16> I have Win2k3 and yes i hit the TwekNT121 on it, but from what i heard it Only removes the Eval text, and it Keeps the timebomb
