<11> my internet explorer has been acting weird. everytime a site has a multimedia element like flash, or somethign else, when i move my mouse over it, it highlights the entire thing. when i click on it, then it makes it active and i can utilize it. for example when i move my mouse over a flash element, a little text thing comes up saying "click to activate and use this control". after i click it, then the effects work like mouseovers, etc
