<1> untap the keg, remove the line from the tapper, lay it in a bucket, then unscrew and remove the tap itself, attach a hose and bottle to it filled with warm soapy solution (special line cleaning soap), run that thru the line, about 2 liters worth. then refill bottle with cold clean water, run that thru, do that twice, then re***emble everything.
