<1> its not hard. just setup the intenret accesss on the one computer, hook its ethernet up to a switch or hub, set the ethernet port to 192.168.0.1 mask 255.255.255.0 w/ no gateway, and enable 'internet connection sharing' on the internet connnecction (the modem)
