<8> Depends how you use it. Using the PDA alot, well, doesnt drain too much power as long as you keep the backlight at a sane level. I've watched a full 2 hour long movie, divx format, using TCPMP, at 50% brightness, only ate 25% of the abttery.
<8> i usually leave the backlight around 25%. cause indoors, thats plenty, and outdoors, the screen is transflective and you can see it fine even with no backlighting
