<2> When I worked for Best Buy, when selling a computer, their biggest thing was selling a PSP with it. (product service plan). If a customer opted out of the PSP, the sales agent would walk the customer from agent to agent, and eventually the PC Tech dept, trying to convince them they needed the PSP (cause thats where the profit lied).
