<6> OK, this is a strange issue. IIS6, >=30MB files will not upload using http to upload to the server. No firewall, IIS6 Metabase.xml is set globally to 1GB for AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed and 51MB on the same OID at the directory level within the affected instance's entry in the Metabase.xml
